We founded the Tenant Craft in 2009 in Vinkovci in order to change the then form in a more transparent, innovative and efficient way and we do it successfully in several cities throughout Croatia, with over 130 buildings under management at the most favorable fee.We are the only company in the city of Vinkovci whose management is the main and only activity.
We fought for the possibility of installing separate water meters and heat distributors.
Each building has its own separate account and insight into the financial condition of the building as well as its own 0-24h via mobile phone or website.
